I am looking into producing a high voltage system 27S around 96v nominal, for an electric motor. As I increase the number of cells in parrell the current increases. I am looking at a peak current of 7amps per cell in parallel. How many cells will a versund kit support before voltage losses mount or heat get unbearable.i.e what area  and conductivity are the bus bars. Have any of you replace the bus bars with better conductors or other methods to compensate for this?

The V1.5 kit is rated for 3.5A continuous and 5A peak, while the V2 kit is the higher power kit and is rated for 20A continuous.
