So I put together a 14s7p battery that I am planning on connecting to an APC server UPS as emergency backup power. I have what I think is the correct bus bar linking but I can't help but think I am missing something due to the large amount of extra bus bars I have left from my two Vruzend kits. I am getting the correct voltage of 58 give or take.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

You left off your parallel connections for most rows. You are getting the correct voltage because your series connections are ok, but you don't have any parallel connections in most rows.

You see how your first and last row are connected all the way across? Each of your rows should also be like that (or at the very least, every other row, so your rows make elongated E's or 8's)

Make sure you look up how parallel connections work here before you start adding more bus bars, just to double check your understanding:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Pxq4Au5iuc
